ASM2O EXAM DAY ASSIGNMENTS-
This is a 3 part exam day activity. All work needs to be posted to your Google classroom by the end of the exam period for submission.
Each section should take 30 minutes. Read all instructions before you start.
Post all work to your Google Classroom the page called EXAM.
Part 1 – Photoshop
Step 1 - You will create a composite (a thing made up of several parts or elements) using the following images. Be creative and use additional images of your choice.

Post all work to your Google Classroom the page called EXAM.
Part 1 – Photoshop
Step 1 - You will create a composite (a thing made up of several parts or elements) using the following images. Be creative and use additional images of your choice.
Step 2 - Download the following 2 images. Using content aware fill you need to remove the coloured umbrella from the first image. Using your spot healing techniques remove the blemishes from the second image.
Part 2 – Illustrator
Download and Open the Illustrator file.
Step 1 – On the first Artboard using pen tool trace the guidelines.
Step 2 – On the second Artboard type your initials in Avenir next Bold 72pt font.

- convert text to OUTLINES
- move at least 5 anchor points with the white arrow tool and add at least one shape to your initials (this can be drawn with pen tool or use the shape tool)
- make all characters overlap and UNITE all paths
- draw a 3 inch circle and fill with any colour or gradient – send the circle to the back – centre your initials inside the circle – EXCLUDE (with Pathfinder) your initials from the circle

PART 3
Panorama...you will create a panorama using 4 separate photos that were taken side by side
1. Download the 4 photo files from above onto your desktop or downloads
2. Open Photoshop and go to File> Automate>Photomerge
3. Upload all 4 photos
4. Choose Auto....vignette removal....geometric distortion correction ....and content aware fill transparent areas...Click Okay!
5. Enjoy the Panorama produced automatically by Photoshop!
