Illustrator Assignment 1
Part 1: Your Name
Type your name using a font of your selection in Illustrator. Change the font to outlines and now make your name into a piece of artwork. A style to consider would be graffiti art. You need to move multiple anchor points to make the font your own. Be creative and take the simplicity of your name to the next level. Post your final image to your website.
Part 2: The Illustrated Poem
Create an Illustrated Poem in Illustrator
Place a poem (that doesn't have to be original) into an Illustrator Artwork based on the poem. Your design will need to have a text area for the poem and a background for the entire artwork and a title for the poem. You will also need to create a design of your choosing that is an illustration of the poem. Post your final project to your website.
Part 3: Shirt Design
Create an original piece of work to make your own shirt design. Remember that to use the vinyl cutter you can only have outlines for cut lines to create the vinyl cutout. Be creative and original. Post your final work to your website – if you would like to make your shirt we can coordinate with Mr. Johnson to help make this happen.
